 Join Parents, Youth, Community Leaders, and Social Service Professionals for a remarkable multicultural- multilingual gathering in a day of fun, food, learning, and transformation.
Life in Pasadena and Altadena is complex: wonderful and dangerous, inclusive and exclusive, supportive and isolating. We come from different generations, and different cultural, ethnic, and professional backgrounds — all with different blessings and different challenges.
This summit will give you the opportunity to tell stories side-by-side in a safe and open space. We will begin by acknowledging that all of us own shares of the truth — youth, parents and professionals. Then, through a series of workshops and celebrations, led by members of our own community, we will learn to listen, to understand, and to trust. By the end of the day, all of us will have experienced the power of community — our community.
