Workshop participants will learn to assess behavioral strengths and deficits, develop individualized treatment programs, implement strategies in a variety of settings and monitor their effectiveness based on ongoing data. Participants will be encouraged to apply the data collection systems and techniques to a current client throughout the series in order to fine-tune their application of the material and receive feedback on its use. Throughout all sessions, participants will discuss and problem-solve the transfer of these skills to the families and staff they are currently working with so that treatment gains can be maintained after services have ended.
